  Soto launches the ball by making his leveled bat contact the bottom portion of the ball. He is using the spin to his advantage, and the way he spins his body into it, just gives him core power behind it. At least that's what it looks like to me.

  俺もソトは好きだしヤンキースに残ってほしかった。でも誰も触れない穴が多すぎる。まず簡単なやつ、守備が下手。次に三振が多い。テッド・ウィリアムズと比較される割に三振率が高い。最後に、見逃しが多すぎて、それがまた三振の多さに繋がる。例えば2点ビハインド、一二塁、ツーアウト、3ボール0ストライク。最高の打者なんだから振ってヒーローになりに行くべき場面で、ストライクを見逃す。どの時代でも許されんよ。繰り返すがソトは好きだ。でもみんな彼の欠点をスルーしすぎなんだ

  I like me some Juan Soto and wish he was still a Yankee but he's got way too many holes in his game that no one talks about. First, the easy one. His fielding sucks. Next, he strikes out to much. For a guy compared to Ted Williams, stupidly, he strikes out at a high clip. Lastly he watches too many balls go by without swinging. This leads back to the last point of too many strikeouts. As a for instance, down by two, two men on, two outs and he's on a 3-0 count. Rather than swing to be the gero to win the game, as he's probably your best hitter, he will watch strikes go by. Unacceptable in any era. But, again I like Juan but everyone glosses over his shortfalls.

  まず第一に、ソトの三振率はめちゃくちゃ低い！ 年40本塁打以上の長距離砲の中で一番三振率が低いんだぞ。大谷・ジャッジ・シュワーバーはその倍は三振してる！ 三振は埋めるべき穴じゃない。第二に、ソトは3ボール0ストライクから何本もホームランを打ってる。第三に、今年の守備は良いし、まだまだ伸びる。お前は今年のソトを見てないんだろうけど、いろんな面で進化してるんだよ！

  First off Juan Sotos strikeout rate is extremely low! For power hitters slugging over 40 home runs per year he has the lowest strikeout percentage! Ohtani, Judge and Schwarber strike out twice as much! His strikeout rate is definitely not a hole to fill! 2nd Juan Soto has hit many home runs on a 3-0 count! 3rd his fielding has been good this year so far and he definitely can improve! Obviously you haven't been watching Soto this year but he's improving in many aspects of the game!!!

  今はこれだけ凄くても、歳の取り方は最悪になると思う。あのバッティングスタンスとスイングはアスレチックすぎて、晩年向きじゃない。外れててほしいけどな

  As great as he is now I think hes going to age terribly. I think his batting stance and swing is very athletic and not made for playing into his later years. Hope im wrong tho

  It's called a routine batting stance, as Soto ages his batting stance will only get better! When you repeat something over and over, you only get better!!!
